SHIPPING 
Our products are handmade by order, it takes about 3 weeks to create the clutch.
The Clutch will be shipped from Dubai to our costumers with courier and shopping companies such as DHL, as well as your local postal couriers. Shipping fees in UAE with courier 30 AED. International shipping fees based on location and service selected will be added to your order. 
The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your zipcode/postcode. 

DELIVERY TIME
For customers in Europe, we will strive for a delivery period of 4 weeks after date of shipping confirmation.

International customers should allow us a delivery period of 4 weeks postdate of shipping confirmation.

It will take 3 business days of processing time of your order. 

Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number.

IMPORT DUTY
Our prices are pre-tax and pre-import fees, so you will be required to pay import duty on your order, and the charge varies according to volume of purchase.

CANCELATION OF ORDER
You understand and accept that you can only cancel orders if such orders have not yet been shipped. After shipping, a product is no longer eligible for cancellation.
