Each personalized handbag is carefully crafted to order, making returns or exchanges due to a change of mind not possible.
Other handbag models: If you’ve purchased a non-personalized handbag and are unsatisfied with the product, you may request a return or exchange. Here are the conditions for returns and exchanges: 

 

  • The product must be in an undamaged condition and show no signs of use. 
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the handbag to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping or exchange shipping costs.
